Undergraduate Programs

Akita International University offers a four-year undergraduate program for bachelor’s degrees in Global Business and Global Studies. We refer to it as the "Degree-seeking Program." We also welcome some Degree-seeking students from other universities around the world in our "Transfer Program."

Summer Program

Our Summer Program is a six-week, six-credit, intensive Japanese language program designed for highly motivated undergraduate students around the world. Participants will take introductory to intermediate course taught by experienced Japanese instructors to hone their Japanese language skills in a small class environment.
