Career Opportunities
Every year many Japanese and non-Japanese corporations and non-profit organizations visit our campus and offer orientation programs as part of their recruiting activities. This is another opportunity for international students to learn Japanese business culture and also to hunt for jobs.
While most company information meetings are conducted in Japanese, a limited number of them are conducted in English. Our campus offers a place for the global exchange of ideas. At any one time, we have over 100 Japanese students on campus, who have already spent a year abroad - in Russia, Mongolia, Taiwan, China, New Zealand, Malta, Hungary, France, New Zealand, Malta, North America, Mexico, and a wide range of other study abroad destinations.
Students who graduated from AIU have pursued a wide range of careers - from major Japanese trading firms, financial institutions, high-tech firms, and non-profit organizations. Some have gone on to prestigious graduate schools outside Japan.
