C. Kennth Quinones, Ph.D., Dean of Research Evaluation and Professor of Global Studies Program at Akita International University appeared on two separate TV programs as a North Korea specialist.

The titles of the programs are NHK World TV "Asia 7 Days," and NHK BS-1 "Kyou no sekai." Both were on air on June 1. Professor Quinones also did an interview with Fuji TV on May 26.

In these programs, Dr. Quinones exchanged opinions over such North Korean issues as nuclear bomb testing, ballistic missile launch, heir, six-party talks, and the role of China.
