Two American Institutions Partner with AIU!

Two American institutions have signed an agreement with Akita International University under a reciprocal student exchange arrangement. With the participation of these two schools, the number of our partner institutions has become 93, spreading across 29 countries and regions in the world.
Akita International University constantly negotiates with institutions all over the world so as to expand for its Japanese students the number of possible study sites as well as to satisfy international students who wish to deepen their understanding of Japanese people and various aspects of Japan.
All AIU local students are required to spend one year abroad at one of our partner institutions around the world.
