Students, Faculty and Staff members at AIU are all quite honored to acknowledge that his visit to AIU and Akita Prefecture was productive.
The British Ambassador’s lecture was part of our on-going Ambassador Lecture Series, the overall theme of which is, “The Future of the International Community and the Role of Japan.” The second lecture will be held on November 13, 2009, with the Honorable Hugh Richardson, Ambassador, Head of the Delegation of the European Commission to Japan. The third lecture will be conducted by the Ambassador of France to Japan, the Honorable Philippe Faure, on Friday, December 4, 2009.
Our Ambassador Lecture Series is offered both in English and in Japanese.
