Two Institutions Partner with AIU!

Two institutions have signed an agreement with Akita International University under a reciprocal student exchange agreement. With the participation of these two institutions, the number of our affiliated institutions has become 97, spreading across 29 countries and regions in the world.

Akita International University constantly negotiates with institutions around the world so as to expand its international network. This is to satisfy international students who wish to deepen their understanding of Japanese people and various aspects of Japan.
Rare in Japan, Akita International University mandates that all degree-seeking students spend one year abroad so that they acquire first-hand overseas experiences to strengthen their communication skills and to deepen their understanding of other cultures.
